Toasted pumpkin seeds

For each 1/2 cup seeds boil in 2 cups water. For each cup of water add a Tablespoon of salt.
Simmer for around 10 minutes. Drain. Spread seeds on baking pan with a couple Tablespoons olive oil. Bake in hot oven until lightly browned.
Eat whole. They remind me of popcorn in flavor.

That sounds yummy! I have been wanting to do that and haven't yet. Mom is planning on bringing me a bunch of squash and pumpkins tonight so I guess that will be one of my next projects. Hey, does the boiling help get rid of some of the stringy stuff that is hard to get off?

Well I forgot to mention that you should wash the seeds in a colander first!:)
